The Mongelli family has been building homes for 40 years. They have been consistent quiet achievers and are currently constructing between 60 - 80 homes per year.

The major secret to the strength of the Mongelli organization is that it is a family business. John Mongelli personally supervises the development and is a hands on operator along with the help from his son in-law Simon. The Mongelli’s are continually keeping abreast of all new developments occurring in the building industry whilst ensuring the quality of construction from many years’ experience is at its best at all times.

John’s daughter Leanne and long-time family friend Diane are responsible for the day to day running of the office, keeping in front of all the modern vogue colours and fashions trends which the new home buyers of today are looking for.
